Where It All Began
The family's chocolate journey started when Charlie and Orania immigrated from Greece and opened their first chocolate shop and soda fountain in Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood.
Word Spreads Sweetly
With a single copper kettle, hand-stirred caramel, and a dream to share sweetness with the world, the love for Edward Marc chocolates grew.
New location, same quality
It was now time to make the move from making chocolates in the back of the store, to opening a chocolate factory just a few blocks from the original location.

The next generation stepped in, expanding the business while preserving everything that made it special—craft, care, and consistency.
