SHIPPING:

Your order satisfaction is very important to us. If your order does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at 877-488-1808, or via our contact form to allow our Customer Service to assist you. The order is eligible for replacement if the product is melted or destroyed during shipment up through the day of delivery, so it is imperative it is checked upon receiving. Photographic evidence may be requested. If the product is damaged beyond the day of delivery, replacement is not available. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and ensuring the quality of our product. We are sorry but due to regulations on perishable products all purchases are final and all product returned to the factory must be discarded. Once they leave our chocolate factory we will not be able to restock the product and/or issue any refund. Thank you for your cooperation regarding this policy.

Additionally, we are charged $14 for each package that is returned due to an invalid shipping address. If the customer is at fault, they will be required to pay this fee, and the original product will be discarded. New product will only be shipped if another order is placed.

P.O. BOXES:

We are not able to ship to post office boxes. If you would like to ship to APO/FPO please contact us for availability. 

WARM WEATHER:

Due to the heat sensitivity of our products, if you order between April and October, we require a $7.00 supplemental shipping charge to cover the cost of insulation materials. To assure your chocolates arrive in quality condition, during warm weather months, we are unable to ship over the weekend and Monday arrival dates are not available.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

At this time the cost of shipping chocolates to the West Coast properly has exceeded what we are able to charge on our website. We will resume shipping to the following states when temperatures are better suited to chocolate: TX, CA, WA, ID, OR, NV, AZ, NM, NE, OK, UT, MT, WY, and CO.

***We are currently only shipping Mondays through Wednesdays. All orders received after 11:00 AM EST Wednesdays will be shipped the following Monday If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact Customer Service at 877-488-1808, or via our contact form for assistance.

We cannot at this time ship outside of the continental United States and ensure our products would arrive in quality condition at an affordable price.

SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED:

FedEx has permission to leave a package at the delivery address when no one is available.  This way the recipient does not have to be home to accept your gift, and the chocolates will not suffer from multiple re-delivery attempts.

RUSH ORDERS:

Rush Overnight and Rush 2nd day does not deliver on the weekends. All orders received after 11:00 AM EST Wednesdays will be shipped the following Monday.
